As a health, safety and environmental professional (HSE) focused on continuously improving HSE performance by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, risk management programs, and sustainable HSE management systems while facilitating compliance to applicable regulatory requirements and standards. I am a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) with over 25 years experience integrating safety into organizational cultures. I have an OHS diploma from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), a BSc from Simon Fraser University and I received my MSc, Environmental Technology Management, with a focus on sustainability from Arizona State University, I am a Certificate of Recognition (COR) internal auditor, and a ISO lead auditor competent in the requirements for ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001. I am a change management advocate, and supporter of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and metrics..
